Our Client is a forward-thinking CRM solution provider dedicated to empowering businesses with efficient customer relationship management tools. Their platform revolutionizes how businesses interact with customers, streamlining processes and enhancing customer satisfaction.
The objective was to develop, maintain, and continually enhance their innovative CRM (Customer Relationship Management) product.
Challenge:
The client faced the challenge of creating a powerful CRM product that not only met the diverse needs of businesses but also provided a user-friendly interface for both employees and customers. Additionally, they aimed to continuously improve and expand the functionality of the CRM.
Solution:
To address these challenges, the decision was made to embark on a development and maintenance project from scratch. The development team leveraged cutting-edge technologies to build a robust CRM system that met the client's specific requirements. They employed NodeJs for the backend, React for the frontend, and used AWS services for hosting and scalability. Postgres and SequelizeORM were utilized for efficient data management.
The project kicked off in August 2022. The team consisted of:
