Our story begins in 2015, when 5 friends gathered together and talked about the countless disadvantages of cotemporally outsourcing and all the ways they could be solved.  

This friend group were experienced leaders in software development who knew the industry inside and out, and the more they learned about it, the more dissatisfied they’d become. By the time 2015 rolled around, it was decided that the best way forward was to create their own company, FIVE SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT.  

The idea took off and with their experience, wit, and passion, they created an innovative Ukrainian Outsourcing company.  

Over the course of their professional careers, ideas and methods were collected and tested. All that priceless knowledge base was too good to just hoard for themselves. The logical solution was to write it all down and share it with the world of IT. Right now, the book about Outsourcing is in the works.  

Five Systems has headquarters in Vinnytsia. Our business and mentality, our goals and values are all strongly rooted in our Ukrainian heritage.
