Objective:
Five Systems Development has ample experience in creating insurance and finance applications and platforms, therefore it was an easy decision for our client to choose our company for this big project.
The client, an established Ukrainian financial company, came to us with a request to create an inclusive, resilient, and sustainable online banking system, that would have both mobile and web versions.
Challenge:
Our team was tasked with developing a resilient and sustainable online and mobile banking system which would include the Admin version for the banking control, a Web version, and the User version for the client.
The banking system had to accept payments through terminals and mobile phones and integrate into existing services and leasing systems.
It was also crucial to protect the bank’s information with secure encoding and 2FA.
The most challenging part of the project was the fact that the server side was written with outdated technologies and we had no choice but support it. The integration with other systems likewise takes a lot of time and often lacks proper documentation.
Solution:
The Admin part of the whole project and Plug-ins for CMS payment systems were developed completely from scratch. We also revised and improved the already existing Back-end features.
To make the banking systems flexible and versatile, and able to provide various financial services, we also added integration with other payment systems, registers, and credit institutions.
We had several business trips with our client to further discuss and improve the development process.
The project took us one year to make. Our team consisted of 6 people: 2 Flutter developers, 2 Node developers, Team Lead and Project Manager.

Results:
Five Systems Development created an inclusive, resilient, and sustainable online banking system, that has both mobile and web versions. NeoBank is a financial institution licensed to receive deposits and make loans, therefore we applied a lot of attention to properly protect the bank’s information, by adding secure encoding and 2FA.
NeoBank can integrate with other payment systems, registers, and credit institutions that can accept payments through terminals and mobile phones.
The client was completely satisfied with the result, as our team followed all the requirements and wishes, adapting and improving throughout the development process!
