Objective:
An America-based healthcare company reached out to Five in order to acquire our expert services and knowledge. The client needed an iOS notification application to receive voice-over IP calls and regular push notifications that are converted to voice so that managers could reach doctors directly via the admin panel.
Due to our extensive experience working in the healthcare industry, our team swiftly took on the project.
Challenge:
The client is a USA healthcare company that’s truly passionate about helping people live life without the pain and debilitating symptoms that come with various diseases. The company has 96 locations across the United States, equipped with the most advanced technology and compassionate, trusted, and reliable care.
Our team had to come up with iOS app that receives calls from a doctor via admin panel and sets VoIP connection with him. It also had to receive regular push notifications, convert its text to voice and be able to play it out.
Solution:
The Client only had an idea of the app they wanted, therefore the project had to begin completely from scratch.
We faced some problems trying to figure out how to set VoIP connection having VPN turned on. We’ve come up with the solution and thanks to our team of professionals we’ve created an iOS app with all the needed features working perfectly.
The project took us 3 months, and our team consisted of an iOS developer, a full-stack developer, a tech lead, and a manager.

Result:
In the end, FIVE helped the Client to build their app completely from scratch, based on the idea the Client had. The app contains all the features the Client wanted and works perfectly to improve communication and the quality of healthcare treatments!
