Objective:
Our client is a Real Estate company that provides transparent, efficient access to the capital markets for commercial real estate investors to source their ideal capital stack. It has been one of the fastest-growing commercial mortgage companies in the U.S., and its financing marketplace surpassed $1 billion in closed transactions in August 2022.
Challenge:
The client has been looking for an efficient team including PM, Front-end engineers & QA specialists to implement a new modern UI and add a list of new features for their main product.
The main difficulties were the product core features that had to be recreated, such as a dashboard that tracks your offers and allows you to compare terms such as effective rate, closing costs, recourse, and cash flow. Because of the legacy approach used before, we added a lot of type support, added responsive design and improved UX. To help us solve these challenges we did a lot of communication with a client, and set up an Agile working environment.
Solution:
We produced a highly optimized solution using the latest technologies. Using the stable version of the product, we've been able to recreate its core features with better final quality as well as add a fresh responsive UI with new features.
Our team had been working on the project for 1,5 years.
All our work had been done remotely using video and text communication.

Results:
We helped the client to create a whole new version of their main product using the best technologies available. We created a better method of development flow using the best Agile-based practices.
Because of good communication and great technical skills, we've been able to produce a scalable and easy-to-maintain product with great code quality and richly tested features.
