Our client is a healthcare technology company specializing in streamlining insurance processes for companies and insurance agencies.
They wanted to maximize the effectiveness of their AI-driven platform designed to optimize health benefits for employers, brokers, and employees. Its main function enables setting a fixed allowance per employee, creating a stable, transparent budget.
Challenge:
The client needed to improve their existing platform, focusing on adding new functionalities and resolving system refactoring issues. Ensuring smooth integration of new features while maintaining system stability was crucial.
We faced challenges during system refactoring, particularly in maintaining system integrity while implementing new features. Extensive testing cycles were conducted to resolve these issues.

Our team collaborated with the client to enhance their healthcare platform, which includes websites for insured individuals, administrators, agencies, and analytics. We focused on improving error handling, updating npm modules, and ensuring robust testing through multiple cycles to guarantee a reliable user experience.
The project spanned over two years, with a team comprising five software engineers, one team lead, one engineering manager, an external DevOps specialist, and additional support and management staff.
