We are looking for a highly experienced Python Developer to join the team and work on an innovative product platform for a Swiss client.

The role involves developing and improving an existing technology platform. The engineer will work in a small engineering team under the direct supervision of the CEO and contribute to architecture decisions, platform development, and experimentation with modern technologies.

The position includes active work with system integrations, exploring and implementing AI-based solutions, and continuously improving the platform.

This role requires a highly autonomous engineer who is comfortable taking ownership, making technical decisions, and delivering results in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

-develop and enhance a product platform using Python

-participate in architecture and technical design decisions

-integrate various systems and services

-experiment with AI tools and emerging technologies

-improve and optimize existing components of the platform

We are looking for someone who:

-has strong experience in Python development

-can work independently and take ownership of technical solutions

-is result-oriented and proactive

-is interested in experimenting with new technologies, including AI

We are looking for a passionate about coding, learning new things, and making a real-world impact.

Mandatory:

-Experience with Angular;
-Knowledge of RxJS for reactive programming.;
-Fluency in both written and spoken English (B2).

Nice-to-have:

-Experience with Ionic for mobile development;
-Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and monorepos for efficient development workflows;
-Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards and experience with accessibility tools;
-Knowledge of Tailwind CSS for styling;
-Knowledge of backend development.

Git, Bitbucket, Jira, Jenkins.

-Good communication skills and leadership qualities
-Hands-on experience with automated testing, code reviews, clean code and other good practices
-Database skills (DBA, tuning, complex queries etc.). Preferably PostgreSQL.
-English B2+

We are looking for developers to join our training program, followed by potential employment opportunities. The program is conducted offline at our office in Vinnytsia, providing hands-on learning in a collaborative environment.

Trainee Java Developer Requirements:

Mandatory:

-Strong Java core knowledge.
-Understanding of OOP concepts.
-English level: not lower than B1.

-Spring Framework.
-Maven/Gradle.
